A solid timeline with tasks and deliverables can remind me of what I should be doing at a particular stage. The project required diverging and converging several times, but keeping up the pace always pushed me to absorb information faster, reach out to people proactively, get useful feedback, and ask for resources whenever needed.
Be curious and be respectful
of the differences

Everyone brings different perspectives and insights to the table so we have diversity in thinking. When I try to communicate with someone, I will be humble and try to understand other points of view, avoid interrupting other people's ideas, understand how he/she thinks about it and why he/she feels in that way lift the communication barrier.
Take Advantage of the NETWORK

Throughout the internship, interacting with team members is as important as interacting with users. Communicating about my projects and getting feedback from others helped me learn about all the considerations I have to keep in mind. Working in industry settings means that there are lots of people involved in one product. These people have different roles, objectives, viewpoints, discussing my work with them helped me look at my own design from standpoints that I would not be able to think of, ultimately improving the design and the experience for users
